We're thrilled that you're considering joining us and we want to make your first visit as enjoyable and informative as possible. Whether you're new to the area, looking for a new church home, or just curious about who we are and what we do, we're here to help.

If you're planning to visit us for the first time, we want to assure you that you'll be welcomed with open arms and provided with all the information and support you need to feel at home. From finding a parking spot to locating the nursery or children's area, our friendly volunteers will be happy to assist you in any way they can.

If you've already been here a little while, we invite you to explore our many ministries and programs and find your place to connect and grow. Whatever your interests and needs, we're here to meet you right where you are and help you take your next step on your faith journey.

Worship Celebration
Our classic service invites you to engage in an inviting atmosphere of worship with a diverse congregation. Together we sing a variety of choruses and hymns to glorify our Lord.

This service meets in the Worship Center. Watch our live stream or one of our past services.

  • We welcome you to our Community Outreach Center, where we offer a variety of engaging and enjoyable activities for all ages. On Thursday nights, we invite you to join us for a fun-filled evening of pickleball, bowling, and games in our dedicated game room. Not only will you have a great time with fellow members of our community, but you'll also have the opportunity to learn more about the many resources and services our Center has to offer. Our friendly staff and volunteers will be happy to answer any questions you may have and help you find ways to get involved and make a positive impact in our community. We hope you'll join us for an unforgettable evening of fun, fellowship, and service!

WHAT KIND OF CHURCH IS FIRST?

First Baptist is a member of the Southern Baptist denomination. What this means is that we have the opportunity to partner with many like-minded ministries across our city and world, taking the hope and love of Christ to those who need Him. View our beliefs.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CHURCH?

Wear whatever you want to wear. You will see a wide variety of attire from jeans to dresses and a few ties. We want you to be comfortable. So come as you are.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

On Sunday morning classic worship service begins at 10:45 a.m. Prior to the service, you have the opportunity to take part in one of many Small Group Bible Study classes for anyone, of any age group, starting at 9:30 a.m. You should arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to allow for parking, to find classes for your kids, and locate a seat for you.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR MY KIDS?

Our staff and volunteers desire to guide students in their developing years into a life-changing relationship with Christ. Whether through Sunday morning Life Group bible studies, retreats, or fun weekly activities, we engage your student in a personal and positive way.
